We offer standard Medicare Advantage plans and Chronic Special Needs Plans that are designed for people with:
- Kidney failure or End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
- Chronic conditions that lead to kidney failure, such as diabetes, heart failure, and cardiovascular conditions.
Our Chronic Special Needs Plans help members more affordably manage their chronic conditions and receive the best quality care, leading to better patient outcomes.
Gold Kidney also offers its members a Flex Card with a benefit allowance that members can use for dental, hearing, vision, OTC medications, Wellness Rewards and other benefits. Members chose what services to purchase, which providers or vendors to use, and how much they want to spend on each benefit on a quarterly basis
