Gold Kidney Member Concierge Services

Our C-SNP Medicare Advantage members will have access to the Gold Kidney Member Concierge Services in 2024.  This is the one phone number members can call when they need help solving health care needs.

 

Each member will be assigned a personal advocate who can help:

  • Answer benefit questions
  • Assist with finding a provider
  • Arrange transportation services
  • Answer questions about rewards and Incentives
  • Coordinate prior authorizations
  • Schedule a doctor’s appointment
  • Update address information
  • Update PCP selection
