We make it easy to stay healthy with Gold Kidney Rewards & Incentives. As a member, you are eligible to earn rewards for completing healthy activities. You can be rewarded if you:
- Complete your Health Risk Assessment within 90 days of enrollment
- Visit your doctor for your annual wellness visit
- Get your flu, COVID, or RSV vaccine
- Have a mammogram or a colorectal cancer screening
- Follow your prescribed medication regimen
- Sign up for the Gold Kidney member portal
- Participate in periodic surveys through the member portal
