Our Member Advocates are dedicated to servicing the needs of our members, and each call is handled with care. Instead of counting calls, we concentrate on providing high-quality service to each and every member.
Gold Kidney members on dialysis plans will be routed to our Senior Member Advocates who will assist with services such as:
Explaining and answering benefit questions
Assisting with finding a provider
Arranging transportation services
Answering questions about rewards and incentives
Assisting members with coordinating prior authorizations
Scheduling doctor’s appointments
Updating address information
Updating PCP selection
Our mission is to increase access to high-quality care for our members. We are committed to creating the gold standard of care. Our Member Advocates are available between October 1 through March 31 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., local time, 7 days a week (except holidays) and April 1 through September 30 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday (except holidays) by calling (844) 294-6535 (TTY 711).
