Combined OTC & Utilities Benefit

All Gold Kidney Health Plan Medicare Advantage plans offer eligible members a quarterly allowance* for the purchase of non-prescription over-the-counter (OTC) items and/or paying utilities.

You can pay for utility bills through any service provider that accepts Mastercard.

To order from the OTC catalog, you can shop and order online from the &more portal, use your Gold Card in-store at participating merchants, or call &more at (855) 263-6673 (TTY 711).

Healthy Food & Produce Benefit

Eligible members enrolled in a Gold Kidney Health Plan Medicare Advantage plan can get a monthly allowance* for the purchase of healthy food and produce and prepared meals at participating retailers.

Transportation (Rideshare) Benefit

Select Gold Kidney of Arizona Medicare Advantage plans may offer a monthly allowance* for transportation and rideshare services through participating plan merchant platforms, such as Uber or Lyft. Simply use your Gold Card as payment in rideshare apps or in-person.
