PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
This role serves as a physician Educator and provider sales advocate – internally Provider Market Growth Leader (MGL) responsible for the growth of our patient base in the communities we serve. MGLs serve as Membership Consultants and Community Relations Specialist.
MGLs manage across multiple provider locations and are responsible for Gold Kidney ‘s growth in the Provider market, spanning all channels including B2B sources. MGLs are integral to our new market growth strategy and successfully by develop effective provider relationships with patient referral sources like Multispecialty groups, primary care providers, FMOs / independent brokers, and community organizations. They are equally focused on grassroots sales, ensuring they are active, organized, and productive in their direct outreach efforts. MGLs are expected to develop market strategy, tailor their approach to each provider-based target, and ensure the Growth is systematic & effective. Prior management experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is required; we are a new health plan open to great sales leadership from many walks of life.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relentlessly pursuing that team’s monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coaching
- Developing productive B2B relationships with leaders of medical groups, FMOs/independent brokers, and community organizations
- Educating provider offices on the value-based partnership with the plan
- Leading the execution of provider market outreach and provider sales initiatives
- Developing and managing Broker and Agent relationship to result in membership growth.
- Advocating for your market, team, and patients
- Being an ambassador in the local community – building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/ community organizations, and marketing partners
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This job requires travel to provider offices, creation of office enhancement for interaction with prospects and may include transport of product materials up to 20 lbs.
SUPERVISION:
- Supervisory duties may be added as team grows.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years’ Sales or Community Relations experience required.
- 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a metric driven environment.
- Experience with a Medicare Advantage plan sales, FMO / benefits broker, or provider is preferred.
- Experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved preferred.
- Valid drivers’ license (required)
- Work Location: Working with various provider office.
